Who this covers
This policy covers the acumenfg.com website and the internal software tools that Acumen Franchise Group, LLC and its founder, Shawn Benk, run against their own Google Workspace accounts. Those tools connect to Google APIs through an OAuth application registered to us. They are used only by us and are not offered to the public.
The website
acumenfg.com is a static site. It has no accounts, no forms, and no advertising trackers. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and referring sites without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. The host may log standard request data such as IP address and browser type to serve the page. We do not collect or store anything else about visitors.
The internal tools
Our internal tools read and write Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive data in accounts we own or have been granted access to by a client. Access is granted through Google's consent screen by the account holder and can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Data is processed on computers we control for the sole purpose the account holder authorized, such as reading mail, preparing drafts, or managing calendar events.
- Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with any third party except as needed to complete the task the account holder requested.
- OAuth tokens are stored only on the device that runs the tool and are removed when access is revoked.
- Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Data pulled from Google is kept only as long as the task needs it. Revoking the application's access from your Google account ends further access. To request deletion of anything retained, email the address below.
